These Terms govern all transactions between translationsforyou (SIRET 845 213 698 00019) and clients. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
translationsforyou provides professional translation, interpretation and localisation services delivered digitally. No physical documents are shipped for standard orders.
All prices are quoted in EUR inclusive of applicable taxes and fixed at order confirmation. Starting rates on the site apply to typical projects. The exact price for your project is confirmed before any payment.
Payment is required in full before work begins, processed via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not accept cheques, wire transfers or cryptocurrency for standard orders.
Delivery dates are confirmed at order. If we cannot meet a confirmed deadline, we notify you at least 12 hours in advance. See our Delivery Policy for late-delivery terms.
Full copyright in translated work passes to you upon receipt of complete payment.
These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Seine-Saint-Denis, following an attempt at amicable resolution.
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised translation services whose execution began with the client's express agreement before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
