Refund Policy

1. Free Correction

Verifiable translation errors reported within seven days of delivery are corrected at no charge within two business days.

2. Major Quality Failure

If more than 20% of the delivered document contains verifiable errors, you may choose: (a) complete re-translation at no cost, or (b) a full refund. Report within seven days with a specific error list.

3. Cancellation Before Work Begins

Cancel before the translator starts: full refund. After work has begun: 0-25% complete: 25% fee; 25-75%: 50% fee; over 75%: no refund, delivery completed.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not issued for: change of mind after work begins, style preferences, content you no longer need, or requests more than seven days after delivery.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe within 5-10 business days.
