Interpretation is a live, uneditable act. An interpreter working in simultaneous mode processes speech in one language and produces speech in another in near real time, with a delay of typically two to three seconds. The interpreter cannot stop, review, or correct. This demands a level of preparation, concentration, and subject matter fluency that goes well beyond bilingual competence.
We work with accredited conference interpreters with EU institutional experience, legal court interpreting backgrounds, and corporate event track records. For every session we provide interpreters whose subject matter familiarity has been confirmed before assignment. We do not assign by language pair alone.
We cover the main interpretation modes and formats:
Every interpretation assignment starts with a preparation phase. We request pre-session documents, speaker lists, glossaries, and background materials at least five business days before the event. Our interpreters prepare with these materials and confirm any terminology questions before the session. For highly technical subjects, we coordinate a pre-event call between the interpreter and the event organiser.
Fixed price confirmed before any commitment. Response within one hour.
