When you contact us or place an order, we may collect: name, email, phone, country, organisation, project details, and documents submitted for translation. We collect only data necessary to provide the requested service.

2. Use of Data

We use data to respond to enquiries, deliver translation services, process payments through Stripe, and comply with applicable law. We do not sell personal data.

3. Stripe and Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe Inc. We do not store or access card data. When you access Stripe Checkout, you are on Stripe's secure platform, subject to Stripe's privacy policy.

4. Document Confidentiality

Documents shared for translation are treated as strictly confidential. They are accessed only by the assigned translator, editor, and project coordinator, each under NDA. Documents are deleted 90 days after project completion.
