Yes. Our certified translations are produced by sworn translators registered with the Courts of Appeal in France. Each translation bears the official stamp and signature of the sworn translator and conforms to all requirements of French administrative and judicial authorities, as well as the apostille requirements of the Hague Convention where applicable.
We work with over 60 language pairs. Our core strength is in European languages (French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish) and we have deep capacity in Arabic, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Japanese, and all 24 official EU languages. For requests involving less common language pairs, contact us first to confirm availability.
All translators sign project-specific NDAs before receiving any files. Files are transmitted only over encrypted connections. We operate under GDPR and maintain DPA agreements with all subprocessors. Documents are deleted from our systems 90 days after project completion unless you request longer retention.
Our 24-hour rush add-on covers most document types. For same-day requests, please call us before ordering to confirm feasibility. We confirm availability before you pay anything -- we do not accept orders we cannot complete on time.
Verifiable translation errors reported within seven days of delivery are corrected at no charge within two business days. For major quality failures affecting more than 20% of a document, you may choose complete re-translation at no cost or a full refund. Cancellations before work begins are fully refunded. Yes. All translations are delivered digitally by email or secure download link. We do not ship physical documents for standard orders. Apostille coordination involves a notary countersigning the translator certification, with the final document returned to you digitally.
